LGM is the historical entity of the Group, where everything started more than 30 years ago. Today, LGM comprises approximately 1100 employees, both in France and internationally, who analyze, optimize, and manage the design, operation, and maintenance of complex systems.

We are looking for motivated and experienced engineers, who will ensure the consistency and performance of complex systems and who are interested in understanding the overall structures and designs. What will you do?
As an ILS manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding of processes, tools and business issues
- Carrying out maintenance analysis according to the ILS Management Plan and according to internationally applicable norms and standards
- Implementation of Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) methods to improve the development process and meet maintainability targets
- Analysing and optimizing the maintenance plans, to adapt the development or operation of the system and ensure the achievement of maintainability objectives
- Build a technical understanding of complex systems and processes
- Analysing system maintenance needs and create the associated Logistic Support Analysis plan
- Analysing maintenance studies and further develop or adjust maintenance plans
- Analysing the availability and overall cost of ownership of the studied system, through
- Planning of technical meetings; follow-up with design office: reliability and maintainability
- Project coordination What is required? The ILS Business Line is a professional community within the LGM Group, bringing together our engineers, project managers and LGM experts for mutual improvement and skill-development.
Your abilities should include:
- Professional experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Product Lifecycle Management, Support & Reliability Engineering or similar fields
- You have significant experience in the aeronautical sector and helicopters
- Technical knowledge of systems and maintenance and associated standards
- An analytical mind to understand the challenges, constraints and customer needs
- The ability to anticipate and overcome technical difficulties/problems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to participate in and lead meetings to understand our clients‘ expectations and promote the requirements of maintenance in a multi-business environment
- Confidence and autonomy in the performance of your tasks
- The ability to quickly integrate into project teams and critically question complex issues
